If your Multinational account provides an account deletion option, sign in, open your account settings, and follow the instructions to delete your account.
Option B: Contact us
If you cannot access your account or need assistance, email our support team or contact us using the details below.
Please include your Multinational username or registered email address and state that you are requesting account or personal data deletion. Do not send your password or social media access tokens.
3. What Information May Be Deleted
Depending on your request and applicable legal requirements, we may delete:
- Your Multinational account and profile information.
- Personal information associated with your account.
- Stored social media connection details and access tokens.
- Connected platform data and related integration records.
- Content and activity records associated with your account, where deletion is permitted.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for security purposes, or to resolve disputes.
4. Disconnection of Social Media Accounts
You can disconnect a social media account from Multinational where that option is available. Disconnecting an account stops the relevant connection but may not automatically delete information already stored by the connected social media provider or by Multinational.
To remove data held by a social media provider, you may also need to submit a request directly to that provider.
5. Processing Your Request
We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
After verifying your request, we will process it within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will notify you if additional information is needed or if some information must be retained for a lawful reason.
Deleting your account may permanently remove access to your profile, settings, and associated platform data.
