By accessing our website, creating an account, connecting a third-party service, or using our features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the services.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to upload, publish, broadcast, or distribute content.
You must not use Multinational to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property rights, violate another person's privacy, or breach applicable law or a connected platform's rules.
You remain responsible for content published or broadcast through your account, including content distributed to multiple destinations.
6. STREAMING, PUBLISHING, AND DISTRIBUTION
Before publishing or broadcasting, you are responsible for checking your selected destinations, content, account permissions, audience settings, and other relevant configurations.
Successful delivery may depend on your internet connection, equipment, provider availability, account eligibility, permissions, technical limits, and subscription features.
Multinational does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, successful publication, audience reach, or the continuous availability of third-party integrations.
Some features may require separate provider approval, additional permissions, or account eligibility.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights.
- Access another user's account or information without authorization.
- Circumvent security controls, platform restrictions, or permission requirements.
- Interfere with our services, infrastructure, or security.
- Distribute malicious code, fraudulent material, or abusive content.
- Misuse automation or engagement features in ways prohibited by applicable platform rules.
- Use our services for spam, deception, harassment, or other unlawful activities.
- Exploit or resell our services except as expressly permitted.
We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action to protect users, third parties, and our systems.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES, AND PAYMENTS

Termination of a Multinational account does not automatically delete information held by third-party platforms. Separate requests may be necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Multinational is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain continuously available, work with every device, or be supported by every third-party platform.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party outages, interruptions to connectivity, external platform changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect will constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
